Shipping policy

The following shipping prices apply.

For Canada:

Free Shipping on orders over $150.00

Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $14.95


For the United States:

Free Shipping on orders over $200.00

Flat Rate Economy Shipping is $24.95


For the United Kingdom & Other European Countries:

Free Shipping on orders over $250.00

Flat Rate International Economy Shipping is $29.95


Please note that we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and follow Canadian statutory holidays. In such instances, your order may be delayed due to the respective holiday.

We do our best to ensure that our online inventory is correct, but sometimes there are rare occasions when some products may be oversold. We will notify you if an item is unavailable for shipment.

If you order has any items on back order or pre-order items, the entire order will be put on a courtesy hold until all products are in stock and available to be shipped together. You may request shipping of in-stock items earlier, via email, but may have to pay for any additional shipping charges.

The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of the order. For orders shipping to Canada*, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 12 business days. For orders shipping to international destinations outside of Canada, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 23 business days. However, there have been many times where shipments arrive much sooner than expected.

*Please note, we do not accept any orders from or make any shipments to destinations in Quebec, Canada.

For shipments within Canada, the relevant provincial sales tax will be charged for the order.

All other shipments outside Canada are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country. PUDU DESIGNS is not responsible for payment of the duties and taxes upon arrival of the shipment to the destination country.

 

Lost Packages


Most packages that we ship are delivered by your local postal worker. We’ve found that more often than not, a missing package is either in the building, with another member of the household or with a neighbour. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.

We are not responsible for lost, held or misplaced packages once the shipping service provider has confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors by carrier nor are we responsible for you not being home to accept the delivery.

If you still cannot locate your package, send us a message and we will work with you to contact the shipping service provider to open a claim on your behalf. Please note that these claims may take a while to process by the shipping service provider and we will do our best to communicate with you about the progress of the claim.
