COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and our customers. As a result, processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally 4 - 23 business days depending on the destination however, those times may vary due to COVID-19. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. Rest assured we will try our best to get your shipment out to you as soon as possible. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The following shipping prices apply. Please note: all shipping prices are in USD.

For Canada: 

Free Shipping on orders over $150.00

Flat Rate Shipping is $14.95

Expedited Shipping is $24.95

For the United States: 

Free Shipping on orders over $200.00

Flat Rate Shipping is $24.95

Expedited Shipping is $34.95

For Europe and Australia:

Free Shipping on orders over $250.00

International Flat Rate Shipping is $29.95

Expedited Shipping is $39.95

Please note that we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and follow Canadian statutory holidays. In such instances, your order may be delayed due to the respective holiday.

We do our best to ensure that our online inventory is correct, but sometimes there are rare occasions when some products may be oversold. We will notify you if an item is unavailable for shipment.

If you order has any items on back order or pre-order items, the entire order will be put on a courtesy hold until all products are in stock and available to be shipped together. You may request shipping of in-stock items earlier, via email, but may have to pay for any additional shipping charges.

 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of the order.  For orders shipping to Canada*, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 12 business days.  For orders shipping to international destinations outside of Canada, the approximate shipping time varies between 4 to 23 business days. However, there have been many times where shipments arrive much sooner than expected.

*Please note, we do not accept any orders from or make any shipments to destinations in Quebec, Canada.


DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

If you are from a country that is not listed, send us a message on our contact us form or reach out to us on social media and we will see if we can ship to your country and provide you with a quote.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?

For shipments within Canada, the relevant provincial sales tax will be charged for the order.

All other shipments outside Canada are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country. PUDU DESIGNS is not responsible for payment of the shipments duties and taxes upon arrival of the shipment to the destination country.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

At PUDU DESIGNS, we value our customers. In the event that your item is defective, please contact us via the contact form on our website and we will look into your case and see what we can do for you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All PUDU DESIGNS products are subject to this policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return full-price item(s) within 14 days of the original date of purchase. We require that all returned items must be unused, unworn and in excellent condition with the original packaging and original tags attached. Items that do not meet all of these requirements are not eligible for return. Sale items and pre-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, you can submit your return request using on our contact us form. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

For eligible returns, we will process a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 business days from the time we receive your returned product.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRE-ORDER POLICY?

Items listed for Pre-Order are NOT in hand. When pre-order items arrive to our facility, the pre-orders will be processed in priority sequence and shipped within 3 business days. The estimated delivery date is only an approximate time frame.

Again, the estimated timeframe of each pre-order and when they will arrive varies. Typically, the dates are not exact and only specific months are given. The estimated delivery date may change at any time, without notice. Please read full description on when the Pre-Order item is expected to arrive.

All Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
